{ST}. Il existe au moins depuis le début des années 1970 et traverse une parcelle du lotissement d pour s’orienter vers le nord en direction du chemin de Mangombroux.. Il est très fréquenté par les habitants de Mariomont et de Stembert. Mise-à-jour 2021: Depuis 2021, le propriétaire met des entraves au point A . Dans le cadre d’un refus de permis d’urbanisme, le Collège communal lui a signifié en 2021 « Si en revanche, les demandeurs contestent la prescription trentenaire, ils doivent s'adresser au Juge de Paix en argumentant sur la durée ou sur un éventuel vice de "possession" Néanmoins, tant que le statut légal de ce chemin n'est pas clairement défini, il doit être considéré (au moins dans les faits) comme une voirie publique, et les demandeurs ne peuvent en aucun cas en interdire l'accès. En février 23, passage sans problème (pas de présence d’entrave). |

À noter qu’une passerelle récente (début 2022) permet de traverser la Gileppe. Elle se situe à une dizaine de mètres en amont de l’aboutissement du chemin sur le ruisseau. |
